Terms of use

MyGoldRewards pays you a fixed amount (the "cashback") for each gold (XAUUSD) lot closed on an eligible trading account opened with a partner broker through MyGoldRewards. This cashback comes from the commission the broker pays to MyGoldRewards. The amounts per lot and per broker are shown on the website's home page.

Signing up and using the service are free. MyGoldRewards never takes part in your trading.

• Be 18 or older and legally able to enter into a contract.
• Provide accurate information and a valid email, and keep them up to date.
• One MyGoldRewards account per person.
• Check that CFD trading and opening an account with the chosen broker are allowed in your country of residence.

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for any activity on your account.

To earn cashback, a trading account must:

• be a Standard STP account with Star Trader, Vantage or VT Markets;
• be linked to MyGoldRewards at the broker (opened through our link or transferred under our IB code);
• be connected to your MyGoldRewards dashboard and approved by us.

Cent, ECN, Raw and any account type other than Standard STP are not eligible. MyGoldRewards may reject an account that does not meet these conditions and will give the reason.

To count your lots automatically, you give us your account number, server and MetaTrader investor password. This password is read-only: it cannot place orders or withdraw funds. It is stored encrypted and used only to read your account history (positions, deposits and withdrawals), through our technical provider MetaApi.

You can change your investor password at any time in MetaTrader. Automatic counting then stops for that account.

• Only XAUUSD lots closed after your account was connected to MyGoldRewards are counted.
• Cashback is calculated per closed lot, pro rata (0.10 lot earns 10% of the per-lot amount).
• Amounts are in US dollars (USD).
• Cashback is due only if the broker actually pays MyGoldRewards its commission for those lots. If the broker cancels or does not pay a commission (account not linked, trading deemed abusive, refund, etc.), the corresponding cashback may be cancelled.

Each member has a referral link. For each gold lot closed by a trader you invited, on an eligible account, you receive a bonus whose amount is shown on the website. Referrals work on one level only and do not reduce your referral's own cashback.

Referring yourself, creating fake accounts or using misleading practices (spam, false advertising, promises of profit) is forbidden. Any fraud cancels the bonuses concerned and may lead to account closure.

MyGoldRewards may run monthly leaderboards (lots traded, referrals' lots) with prizes credited to the winners' balance at the start of the following month. The rules and amounts are shown on the leaderboard page. MyGoldRewards may exclude a participant for fraud or artificial volume and may change or end the leaderboards for future months.

• Payouts are made weekly once your balance reaches $10.
• They are paid in USDT (TRC20 network), Bitcoin (BTC), Ether (ETH) or by internal transfer to your trading account with Star Trader or VT Markets.
• Your balance is in US dollars: a BTC or ETH payout is the dollar equivalent at the rate when it is sent.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your USDT address. A payment sent to a wrong address you provided cannot be cancelled or refunded.
• You alone are responsible for declaring your earnings and paying any taxes in your country.

In case of fraud, artificial volume (for example positions opened and closed only to generate cashback, or opposite positions across several accounts), false information or use contrary to these terms, MyGoldRewards may suspend payouts, cancel the amounts concerned and close the account.

MyGoldRewards may change these terms and the cashback or referral amounts. Changes are announced on the website or by email at least 15 days in advance, unless a broker changes its own commission without notice. Amounts already credited to your balance remain yours, except in case of fraud.

MyGoldRewards is not responsible for your trading decisions, your losses, or the operation, solvency or decisions of the brokers. The service is provided "as is": MyGoldRewards does its best to keep it available and accurate but cannot guarantee it will be free of interruptions or errors. In case of a calculation error, MyGoldRewards may correct the amounts.

You can ask to close your account at any time by writing to contact@mygoldrewards.app. Your balance is paid if it reaches the $10 threshold. MyGoldRewards may close an account that breaches these terms.

These terms are governed by French law. In case of a dispute, please contact us first at contact@mygoldrewards.app to find an amicable solution. Failing that, the competent courts are those of the publisher's registered office, subject to the mandatory rules protecting consumers.
