Risk disclosure
Last updated: October 31, 2026
Trading CFDs on gold involves significant risks. Read this disclosure carefully before opening an account with a partner broker.
Risk of losing money
CFDs are complex instruments and come with a high risk of losing money rapidly due to leverage. A large share of retail investor accounts lose money when trading CFDs. Only trade with money you can afford to lose, and make sure you understand how CFDs work.
Gold volatility
The price of gold (XAUUSD) can move sharply and quickly, especially around economic announcements. Price gaps can cause losses larger than those planned by your stop orders.
Cashback does not offset losses
Cashback lowers your trading costs but does not protect you against losses. Never trade more just to increase your cashback: higher volume also increases your exposure to risk.
No investment advice
MyGoldRewards is not a broker and gives no investment advice or recommendations. The amounts shown by the calculator and the simulator are estimates, not promises of earnings. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results.
Broker risk
Your trading funds are held by the broker you choose, never by MyGoldRewards. Check its regulation, conditions and client fund protection in your country. MyGoldRewards is not responsible for the brokers' solvency, order execution or decisions.
Crypto payouts
Crypto payouts (USDT, BTC, ETH) are irreversible: check your address and network carefully. The prices of Bitcoin and Ether move sharply: the value you receive can fall after the payout. USDT is a dollar-backed stablecoin that still carries its own risks (issuer, regulation, loss of access to your wallet).
Regulation and taxes
CFD trading and access to some brokers may be restricted or forbidden in your country. It is up to you to check that you are allowed to use these services and to declare your trading and cashback earnings under the applicable tax rules.
